Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant made in the cells which helps remove toxins and lessen oxidative stress in the body.

A few years ago I learned about the benefits of glutathione from two of my doctors. Both of them wanted me to start taking the supplement because I was having a lot of health issues as a result of the Lyme disease. Later on, I did some research and learned that the oral form of glutathione breaks down in the stomach and is not as easy for the body to absorb. However, studies have shown that the sublingual (under the tongue) form is absorbed well rapidly before the digestive system has a chance to break it down (1).

How To Take The Nanoceutical Solutions Glutathione Supplement

Nanoceutical Solutions recently sent me a complementary sublingual glutathione supplement. I’ve used it for two weeks now and here is what I’ve learned:

The supplement is easy to take. You simply shake well then squeeze the rubber bulb syringe to draw out 1 mL of the product. Release the liquid under your tongue and hold it in your mouth for 30 to 90 seconds. Then swallow.

I was a little concerned it might taste weird, but I actually enjoy the taste. It is a little tangy and citrusy, which is probably from the orange oil in the supplement. Plus, vitamin C helps you absorb glutathione even better so the orange is a great addition!

Because glutathione levels decline with age this would be a good option for anyone who wants to boost their health.

The Results

In the past, I took an oral glutathione supplement and I couldn’t ever tell if it helped or not. As I mentioned before, I’ve only been taking the sublingual drops for a couple of weeks so I haven’t noticed any drastic changes yet.

But I have noticed having a bit more energy than is typical for me for a few days since I started taking the drops. Please keep in mind that this is coming from someone who has several chronic illnesses, including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Even the little improvement is encouraging to me because I’ve tried so many solutions to help with the fatigue and typically don’t see much change at all.

I would assume that as I continue using the product I will notice some more benefits. Of course, time will tell.

I’m very pleased with the high quality of this pharmaceutical grade supplement. I also appreciate that the product only contains natural ingredients, including 200 mg of L-Glutathione Reduced,  almond oil, Stevia and orange oil.

The price of a 30-day supply of the supplement ($69.95) could be cost-prohibitive for some people. But considering the quality it seems reasonable compared to similar products on the market.

And, best of all, you can get a great discount here at the product discount page.

Also, for a complete description of the product, you can go to the product page.

Overall, I’m pleased with this high-quality supplement. I’ll continue taking the product and see if I notice more benefits. And if you were wondering what makes glutathione so great, below you’ll find some of the proven health benefits of glutathione:
